Over four months, my client and I will forge a supportive partnership to help them meet challenges, solve problems, and seize opportunities. We’ll work as a team to define and achieve career success.
This package includes:
Two one-hour private video coaching sessions per month (Note: We can set up weekly sessions if the client prefers and if my schedule permits.)
Recap + reflection reports (plus AI notes and transcripts)
The option for "laser" (i.e. brief and super-focused) coaching calls if something specific and urgent arises
Email communication between sessions for the client to ask questions and share updates
My priority attention, which means I'll stay alert for relevant opportunities and resources to share with the client
